After a long summer we are now in the midst of winter; cold, wet and at times a little mild. These changes in weather can mean we end up not feeling too well.  Coughs and colds descend upon us or those aching joints rear their ugly head because they don’t like the cold, not to mention the everyday wear and tear of life.

So if you are in need of relief from pain and discomfort or generally just want to feel better than remember the benefits that Bowen Therapy has to offer.  I am continually in awe of the results Bowen Therapy is able to provide for many people.

ON ANOTHER NOTE:
On 3rd August 2019 I am holding a Fundraiser for Hunter Medical Research Institute (HMRI).  The name of the Fundraiser is Patch – Will Boys Legacy.  Patrick and William were my nephews and 20 years ago they passed away 10 months apart.
I have always wanted to do something in their memory and this Fundraiser is the beginning of that journey.  The function itself will take place in two stages: 1pm to 5pm will be an afternoon with input from health and wellness practitioners helping us navigate staying well in today’s world. From 6pm to 10pm will be dinner with raffles and auctions.
